McLennan #12 in latest NJCAA poll

The McLennan women's basketball squad, with a record of 6-0, is up one spot to #12 in this week's NJCAA Division I Rankings. McLennan received 140 points in the poll
 
The top 11 schools remained the same this week: Hutchinson, #1, 6-0; Northwest Florida State, #2, 7-0; New Mexico, #3, 7-0, Wabash Valley (Illinois), #4, 7-0; Gulf Coast State (Florida), #5, 6-0; Shelton State (Alabama), #6, 5-0; Three Rivers (Missouri), #7, 4-1; Southern Idaho, #8, 3-1; Dodge City (Kansas), #9, 5-1; Eastern Arizona, #10, 4-1; and Kilgore (Texas), #11, 6-0.
 
McLennan and New Mexico both compete in NJCAA Region V along with Odessa (steady at #14, 4-1), South Plains (up three spots to #15, 5-1) and Collin (steady at #21, 3-1). Kilgore competes in NJCAA Region XIV along with Trinity Valley (down three spots to #19, 4-2).

McLennan returns to action Saturday, hosting Paris at 2 p.m.
