Highlanders tied for seventh in Bushnell/Golfweek poll

The McLennan men's golf squad is ranked tied for seventh in the latest Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA Division I Coaches' Poll. The Highlanders received 20 points in the poll.
 
Midland (Texas) moved into the top spot with 51 points, followed by Odessa (Texas) in second with 48 points and Hutchinson (Kansas) in third with 45 points. Indian Hills (Iowa) and New Mexico round out the top-five with 38 and 37 points, respectively.
 
Western Texas is the only other Texas school ranked and is tied with McLennan at seventh with 20 points. Weatherford and Blinn are receiving votes
