Bracket set for Region 5/Southwest District Championship

The 17th-ranked McLennan Highlanders will face Odessa at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 15, on opening day of the NJCAA Region 5 Southwest District Championship in Odessa. The double-elimination tournament features the squads from McLennan, Odessa, New Mexico and Weatherford battling for a berth in the NJCAA Division I World Series later this month in Grand Junction, Colorado.
