Highlassies finish 12th at HBU Invitational

The McLennan Highlassies shot 339-339-322 – 1,000 to finish in 12th place at the HBU Husky Invitational at the par-72, 6,084-yard Riverbend Country Club in Sugar Land.

Host HBU finished in first place with 298-310-305 – 913, followed by Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in second with 299-315-310 – 924 and Louisiana-Monroe in third with 304-311-317 – 931
 
Freshman Ellie Darnell shot 84-83-78 – 245 to lead the Highlassies and finish tied for 41st.
