McLennan's Allen named national Player of the Week

McLennan first baseman Trinity Allen was selected as the NJCAA Division I Softball Player of the Week. The freshman from Cypress, Texas, was on fire at the plate in the Ranger series, recording a .769 batting average with a double two triples, three home runs and 13 RBI. She is currently second in the nation with a .554 batting average for the season.
