Highlanders finish tied for third at National Preview

The McLennan Highlanders finished tied for third at the NJCAA National Preview in Newton, Kansas, shooting 295-306-308 – 909 at the two-date event hosted by Hutchinson at Sand Creek Station.
 
Hutchinson finished in first place with 292-296-297 – 885, and Western Texas was second with 296-311-298 – 905. Garden City finished tied for third with 301-305-303 – 909.
 
Harvey Denham earned all-tournament honors, shooting 73-77-70 – 220 to finish in fifth place.
