Highlanders finish fourth at NMJC Thunderbird Invitational
The McLennan Highlanders shot 301-301-298 – 900 to finish in fourth place at the NMJC Thunderbird Invitational at the par-72, 7,103-yard Rockwind Community Links in Hobbs, New Mexico.
New Mexico finished in first place with 290-283-294 – 867 followed by Odessa in second with 297-288-289 – 874 and Midland in third with 283-294-298 – 875.
Kade Miller shot 75-75-70 – 220 to lead the Highlanders and finish tied for seventh place.
Other McLennan scores: Micah Goulas, tied for 10th, 74-73-76 – 223; Judd Tilson, 16th, 77-76-73 – 226; medalist Alex Isakson, tied for 17th, 74-70-83 – 227; medalist DylanYarbrough, tied for 21st, 75-76-78 – 229; Tyler Uhlig, 29th, 75-78-80 – 233; and Ryan Brown, 30th, 78-77-79 – 234.

The Highlanders will compete in the NJCAA Southwest Championship April 10-11 at Tanglewood Resort in Pottsboro, Texas.
